Bill McIntosh founded Cool Air Technologies, Inc. Started in 1996. Before starting his own company, he had worked in the Heating and Air conditioning field for over 8 years. When Bill envisioned having his own company, he knew he would insist on providing his clients the best advice for their heating and air conditioning needs possible. Bill would do so by offering a no-pressure, firm written bid for every job, backed by the best workmanship warranties in the industry, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranties on material.

Bill performs service calls as well as gives free written estimates on new equipment. Bill’s wife, Trish manages the office where she and the office staff strive to give the best customer service possible.

Most of our employees have been with us since the day we started. We strongly feel that our success is also due, in large part, to them. Every service technician or installer is EPA certified, they have all completed technical school, and every year they attend special industry trainings and certification classes in an effort to remain current in all the latest technologies in their field.
